Shahab Building Contracting LLC has granted Lionexa LLP and its CEO Kauser Nawaz master marketing rights in India for RAK Oasis, a freehold development in Ras Al Khaimah. Lionexa will operate as the official channel for Indian buyers from its office in Sector 142, Noida, guiding them from first enquiry through to booking.

The Certificate of Authorisation was presented in Ras Al Khaimah in the presence of actor Dolly Bindra, according to the company announcement.

What buyers are being offered

RAK Oasis is positioned as a 406-acre master-planned community in Ras Al Khaimah’s expansion corridor. The project includes freehold residential plots and commercial units, with land set aside for apartments, a hospital, a school and a shopping mall.

The payment plan leads the pitch: buyers can book a plot with 10% down and pay the rest in interest-free monthly instalments directly to the developer.

Why India, and why now

The appointment comes as Ras Al Khaimah gains attention from property buyers, helped by tourism projects such as the upcoming Wynn resort on Al Marjan Island. A Noida-based team lowers the practical barriers of a cross-border purchase for Indian families.

“India is one of our most important markets, and with Lionexa LLP and Mr. Kauser Nawaz, Indian buyers now have a trusted partner close to home,” said the CEO of Shahab Building Contracting LLC and owner of RAK Oasis.

What marketers can borrow

For agencies and brand teams selling high-consideration or cross-border products, the structure is the story. The developer is not only marketing a destination; it is localising the sales journey and making the payment plan the headline.

  • Localise the funnel: one in-market partner owns the journey from enquiry to booking.
  • Reduce payment anxiety: a 10% down payment and interest-free instalments make a large purchase feel accessible.
  • Sell the growth story: tourism-led development gives buyers a reason to believe in future value.

Lionexa’s team in Noida will handle plots, payment plans and paperwork. For Indian buyers, the key change is a single point of contact from first call to final booking.
