Turtlemint Fintech Solutions Limited has rolled out a new brand campaign, ‘Naye India Ka Naya Digital Partner’, built entirely around the people who sell its products. The technology-led insurance and financial product distribution platform is using the campaign to spotlight its network of more than 691,000 Digital Partners spread across India.

Rather than leaning on celebrity faces or product features, the campaign tells six real-life stories: Jignesh Thakkar from Vadodara, Trupti Patil from Jharkhand, Anandamoy Das from Kolkata, Priya Mishra from Prayagraj, Ravi Rajput from Mehsana and Vishwas Pawar from Sangli.

What the campaign actually says

The films centre on entrepreneurship and resilience, drawing from a mix of backgrounds — women, homemakers, small business owners and first-generation entrepreneurs. One featured partner pushes back on the assumption that insurance advisory is a male profession, and now earns close to ₹1 lakh a month working from home. Another describes overcoming confidence and language barriers using Turtlemint’s digital learning platform before advising customers.

The narrative also stretches past the point of sale. Stories show partners helping families shift from debt-led solutions to financial protection, and supporting customers through claims — a stage of the insurance journey that rarely makes it into advertising.

The brand film has been conceptualised and produced by Teen Bandar, featuring partners from B30 cities. Amplification is planned across LinkedIn and YouTube — a notably restrained media mix that signals a business and recruitment audience as much as a consumer one.

The numbers behind the story

The campaign lands on the back of a strong financial year for the company. Key figures shared by Turtlemint:

  • Over 1.15 lakh Digital Partners added in FY26, taking the network past 6.5 lakh
  • Platform Premium up 31% year-on-year to ₹3,868 crore
  • Revenue from operations up 57% year-on-year to ₹1,098 crore
  • First-ever profitable quarter recorded in Q4 FY26
  • Partnerships with 46 insurers and over 30 million policies facilitated to date
  • More than 550,000 registered PoSPs as of 30 June 2026, reaching customers across 19,000+ pincodes

What the leadership said

Dhirendra Mahyavanshi, CMD & CEO of Turtlemint, framed the campaign around impact, saying every policy sold represents “a family that is better protected,” and positioned the partner network against India’s Insurance for All by 2047 goal.

Anand Prabhudesai, ED and COO, tied the effort to the company’s new status as a publicly listed business, describing the campaign as a reminder that the listing milestone “is only the beginning,” while pointing to digital onboarding, continuous learning and business enablement tools as the platform’s core offer to partners.

Why this matters for marketers

Three things are worth noting here.

First, the audience is dual. A campaign about how much a partner earns and how the training platform works is aimed at recruiting the next cohort of advisors as much as at reassuring end customers. For any platform business dependent on a supply-side network — delivery, beauty services, reselling, insurance — the brand film doubles as a talent funnel. Judge it on partner sign-ups, not just recall.

Second, the media choice is the message. LinkedIn plus YouTube, with no mass television push, keeps costs contained and puts the story in front of aspirational, job-seeking and small-business audiences. It is a reminder that not every brand campaign needs a 30-second TVC to work.

Third, B30 India is the growth story. By casting partners from beyond the top 30 cities and from smaller towns like Sangli and Mehsana, Turtlemint is signalling where category expansion will come from — a pattern visible across fintech, quick commerce and D2C.

The broader takeaway for brand teams: when a business is a network, the most credible advertising asset it owns is the network itself. Real people, named and located, are harder to imitate than a script.
