Picsart has launched Marketing Studio, a guided workspace that brings content creation, advertising strategy, creative testing and paid distribution into one connected experience. Available now, it is aimed primarily at small-business owners, solopreneurs and performance marketers who usually patch together separate tools for creative and Google Ads.
Picsart, which says it has more than 100 million monthly active users and over 2.5 billion downloads to date, is positioning the studio as a fix for fragmented small-business stacks.
What the studio includes
Marketing Studio turns a business’s goals, product, market, competitors and audience into an advertising strategy. Users can create still images and video variations with Picsart’s video models and editing tools, and then move into campaign setup in the same environment.
- Pax, a Google Ads Manager Agent, supports campaign management and launch.
- Draper, an Ad Strategist Agent, guides where to invest and when to scale.
- Slava, a Performance Marketer and Campaign Manager, helps with ongoing optimisation.
Picsart says it will keep adding specialised agents to support creators and businesses.
Test before you spend
Through a partnership with Zappi, businesses can test concepts and videos before committing advertising budget. Vera, an agentic ad strategist, uses Zappi’s consumer insights and predictive technology to score creative, identify improvements and suggest new video variations. In validation against hundreds of ads evaluated by real consumers, the model identified stronger creative across key metrics 86–93% of the time.
The Google Ads integration lets businesses create and launch campaigns directly inside Picsart. Once campaigns are live, plain-language performance insights help explain results and decide next steps; those findings feed back into creative production so teams refine concepts and generate new variations.
Why it matters
“Creative is the biggest driver of ad effectiveness,” said Mika Peterman, Strategic Partnerships & Business Development Leader at Google. A unified workflow, he added, helps small businesses launch faster, iterate quickly based on real performance, and drive meaningful growth.
For lean teams, that closes a costly gap. Most small advertisers cannot afford extensive pre-testing or separate creative and media tools. Marketing Studio reduces the handoffs between making an ad and running it, while the Zappi signal adds evidence before spend.
“A small-business owner can know their product inside out and still struggle to communicate its value to customers,” said Hovhannes Avoyan, Founder and CEO of Picsart. He said expert AI-agent guidance at every stage of the marketing process is a core foundation of the studio.
What marketers should do
Treat creative and distribution as one loop rather than a handoff. Test hooks and visuals before increasing spend, then use campaign results to decide what to make next. Agencies can use the same workflow to produce more concepts under tight deadlines, while performance marketers get fresh variations to test against live data.
The operational shift is clear: pre-test, launch from the same workspace, and let performance data direct the next creative cycle.
The bigger picture
This is part of a broader shift toward agentic marketing tools that plan, buy and read results, not just generate images. For brands, the advantage is workflow consolidation: when creative and media share the same data, iteration gets faster and cheaper. The key question is governance: small teams still need clear brand rules even when agents handle execution.
