CCAvenue turned Global Fintech Fest 2026 into a wider social conversation with its first creator campaign, executed by influencer marketing agency SocialTAG. The payment gateway used the three-day event, held from September 9 to 11 at Mumbai’s Jio World Convention Centre, to unveil a slate of products and features from Booth Z4.

The campaign put nine creators across Instagram and LinkedIn to work amplifying five launches: the CCAvenue AI Suite and CommerceAI, CCAvenue Forms, CCAvenue BudAI, P2M One-Click Checkout, and Utility and Recharge Agents. CCAvenue Forms lets merchants create and publish payment forms using natural-language prompts, while CCAvenue BudAI lets developers describe payment gateway integrations inside their own AI coding environments.

Launch-specific, not event-generic

SocialTAG ran the campaign end to end: creator strategy and sourcing, briefing, content approvals, on-ground coordination, publishing and reporting. The agency paired each creator with a specific product announcement based on their audience profile and area of expertise. Content was staggered across the three days so posts landed in the same window as the relevant launch, rather than being front-loaded.

On Instagram, creators Ayushman Pandita, Kanishka and Vishnu Vijayan covered CCAvenue’s booth. On LinkedIn, Anant Sekhsaria, Saumya Singh, Siddhant Garg, Sumit Mishra, Gunjan Madaan and Ansh Mehra carried the launches to professional technology and business audiences.

What the team says

Anushree Jain, Founder at SocialTAG, called the launches “some of the most interesting product news at the fest” and noted that this was CCAvenue’s first creator campaign. Mehek Bhatia, Campaign and Client Lead, said the campaign went “from brief to live in under a week” and that every creator was briefed to a single launch.

“Nine creators, five launches, three days, and not one piece covering the same ground twice.” — Mehek Bhatia, Campaign and Client Lead, SocialTAG

Why this matters for B2B marketers

Trade-show launches often live and die inside the venue. CCAvenue’s approach is a useful template for fintech, SaaS and B2B brands that want their biggest announcements to travel beyond attendees. The campaign’s core idea is alignment: creator, product, channel and publication window all line up.

For fintech, where products can feel abstract, a creator who understands payments infrastructure or developer workflows can translate features into use cases. Instagram creators brought on-ground energy from the booth, while LinkedIn creators extended the story to founders, operators and developers.

  • Map creators to individual launches, not just to the brand.
  • Stagger publishing against the launch calendar instead of front-loading.
  • Give on-ground creators separate briefs so no two visits look identical.
  • Use a platform mix: Instagram for visibility, LinkedIn for professional reach.

A framework to reuse

Marketers can borrow the operational discipline without copying the event. Split the product portfolio into distinct briefs, assign each creator by audience fit and expertise, publish in the announcement window, and debrief against duplication. The source does not report performance metrics such as reach or pipeline, so the next step is measuring whether creator content actually drives product sign-ups, demos or merchant conversations.

Still, the line that matters for event marketers is cultural: a booth is a venue, but a creator campaign is distribution. CCAvenue used its first creator push to make a three-day event travel further than the floor.
