Treasure AI, formerly Treasure Data, used its Agentic World 2026 event in Miami this week to roll out a set of agentic marketing products aimed at putting AI to work inside the marketer’s daily flow. The announcements span autonomous agents, real-time website personalization, and a notable shift in how email marketing is priced.

Three launches at once

The company introduced Digital Workers, autonomous agents that sit inside a marketer’s workflow and can keep running around the clock. It also launched Personalization Studio, an interface that lets marketing teams make real-time website changes for campaigns. Both products are available now to Treasure AI customers, and new AI signals are being added to the company’s Intelligent CDP for AI decisioning.

  • Digital Workers: always-on agents for reporting, SEO, and generative engine optimization.
  • Personalization Studio: real-time site personalization managed by marketing teams.
  • Engagement-Based Pricing: email pricing moves from cost-per-email to cost-per-click.
  • AI signals: new inputs for AI decisioning inside the Intelligent CDP.

A pricing bet on outcomes

Treasure AI’s change from cost-per-email to cost-per-click is a direct challenge to the traditional SaaS model. Rafa Flores, chief product officer, tied the move to the broader conversation about whether software as a service is losing relevance. “If SaaS is truly dead and you’re still charging the same way SaaS was built, it doesn’t make sense,” he told ADWEEK. “We’re putting it to the test.”

Designed to work alongside marketers

The pitch is less about replacing people and more about absorbing the repetitive work. Flores described Digital Workers as “always on” agents that can handle tasks such as performance reporting or SEO optimization while marketers focus elsewhere. For a team working on generative engine optimization, an agent might engage web visitors, analyze marketing channels, and feed what it learns back into the customer data platform.

When the human marketer checks in, the worker presents a set of recommended actions. The marketer can approve, edit, or redirect that work before sending the agent back to the task. Flores calls this a “continuous context loop.”

Why this matters for marketing teams

Agentic AI is moving from generating insights to taking action. For marketing leaders, the practical question is whether these agents can reliably handle tasks that previously consumed junior team hours. The continuous context loop is useful framing: the human remains the decision layer, while the agent does the monitoring and the heavy lifting.

The pricing move may be the bigger signal. If vendors begin charging for clicks rather than sends, email budgets shift from volume to performance. That would reward better targeting and content, but also put pressure on vendors to prove their models drive action.

Safety and guardrails

Treasure AI says the Digital Workers are fully governed and include a kill switch so marketers retain control. Flores stressed that the company has treated privacy and security as a foundation rather than a retrofit, which he said avoids the backtracking some AI vendors now face.

Industry notice

The launches arrive as Treasure AI picks up recognition from several industry awards. The Cloud Awards shortlisted Treasure AI Studio in AI Innovation of the Year, Best Use of AI in Sales & Marketing, and Best Use of AI in Creative Industries, Media & Advertising. The OMMA Awards also nominated Treasure AI in Excellence in Online Advertising – Artificial Intelligence for its work with Nestlé.
