DataQuark, the data, AI and advanced analytics arm of LS Digital, has launched QUARK VITALS — an AI suite built around the everyday decisions marketing teams actually get stuck on. The pitch is straightforward: less AI experimentation on the side, more AI inside the workflow where budgets and briefs get decided.
Announced on 8 September 2026, the suite is now available to enterprises and marketing organisations.
The problem it is aiming at
Most marketing organisations have plenty of AI pilots and very little joined-up decision-making. Measurement sits with one team, audience strategy with another, media planning somewhere else, and creative with the agency. Each function optimises its own slice, and the handoffs leak.
DataQuark’s argument is that AI agents are only useful if they cut across those silos. As DVP Mohit Kanadkhedkar put it, the next phase of AI in marketing is not about generating more answers but about making them useful “in the moments when marketers have to make a decision”.
Four questions, four modules
QUARK VITALS is structured around four questions in sequence, which is arguably its most useful contribution — it gives teams a shared vocabulary for a messy process.
- DQ Pulse — can I trust my data? Checks whether marketing data is fit for a planned use case, then monitors integrity once it goes live. It is designed to flag broken tracking, missing events, consent gaps and PII exposure that can distort reporting, optimisation, compliance and AI outputs.
- ActivateIQ — who should I target? Lets marketers ask business questions in plain English, dig into answers across sources and convert insights into activation-ready audiences. It connects to GA4, CRM platforms, CleverTap, MoEngage and Meta.
- ChannelSense — where should I reach them? Reads audience behaviour, historical engagement and conversion data to establish channel affinity at the audience level rather than the campaign level.
- CreativeMatch — what should I show them? Links audience behaviour, creative attributes and campaign response to predict which assets and creative characteristics are likely to work for which segments, then pairs predictive audiences with matching creative.
Stitched together, the flow reads: trust the data, target the audience, choose the channel, match the creative.
Why it matters
Two things stand out for Indian marketing teams. First, the decision to lead with data quality rather than generative flash. Putting a data-integrity layer at the front is an admission that most AI disappointment in marketing is really a data problem — broken pixels, absent consent records, inconsistent event naming. No amount of model sophistication fixes a tracking gap.
Second, the connector list is telling. GA4, CRM, CleverTap, MoEngage and Meta is a fairly accurate map of the mid-to-large Indian marketing stack, particularly for app-first and D2C brands where engagement platforms carry a lot of the customer relationship.
CEO Vinay Tamboli framed the opportunity as connecting decisions instead of optimising each one in isolation, and moving organisations from AI experimentation towards more continuous, actionable intelligence.
What to do with this
Whether or not you evaluate QUARK VITALS, the four-question framework is worth borrowing as an internal audit. Run it across your own stack:
- Do you know, today, whether your consent and event tracking would survive scrutiny before a campaign goes live?
- Can a marketer build an activation-ready audience without raising a ticket with the data team?
- Is channel selection based on cohort-level affinity, or on last year’s media plan?
- Does creative testing feed back into audience definitions, or does it stop at a post-campaign deck?
If the answer to two or more is no, the constraint is process, not tooling — and buying an AI suite will not resolve it on its own.
The broader read
Agency groups are steadily positioning their analytics arms as product businesses rather than service lines. Packaging capability into a named suite gives LS Digital a repeatable enterprise offer and gives clients something to compare against standalone CDPs and measurement vendors. Expect more of this from Indian agency networks as clients push for provable, in-workflow AI rather than proofs of concept.
