LS Digital has launched Commerce One, a commerce growth platform aimed at consumer brands that run direct-to-consumer sites, marketplaces and quick commerce channels. The Mumbai-based digital business transformation company is positioning it as a move from running individual storefronts to planning growth across the full mix.
Why another commerce platform?
Consumer brands in India now sell across Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra and Nykaa, while also appearing on Blinkit, Zepto and Swiggy Instamart. Each channel comes with its own data system, advertising console and operational requirements. LS Digital says the hardest question for brands has shifted: not how to run each channel, but where to invest for growth.
Commerce One is built on a shared data foundation and organised into three connected stages.
- Observe: reads digital shelf performance, category and competitor movement, and emerging demand.
- Navigate: turns those signals into product, channel and inventory priorities.
- Execute: activates the priorities through retail media and product-page optimisation.
Because all three stages sit on the same foundation, market performance and campaign outcomes are meant to flow back into the next planning cycle.
Early pilot results
Commerce One has been piloted with eight brands across personal care, baby care, beauty, beverages, food, home and hardware. The early outcomes show what a connected loop can do for commerce teams.
LS Digital reports that a heritage tea brand recorded a 25% increase in advertising revenue during a pilot quarter after aligning restocking and media priorities across six platforms. A home and furniture brand cut Advertising Cost of Sales by 22% without increasing its advertising spend.
“Commerce in India is no longer a single-channel game.” — Prasad Shejale, Founder and CEO, LS Digital
Nitin Kumar Kosari, Business Head, eMarket at LS Digital, added that every brand faces the same questions around which products can scale, where to launch next, and how to allocate inventory and media. “We built Commerce One to answer those questions with data rather than instinct,” he said.
What it means for marketers
The launch is a useful signal for performance and e-commerce teams: India’s commerce stack is consolidating around shared data and decisioning, not just channel execution. As quick commerce accelerates, brands will increasingly be asked to connect retail media, inventory and content decisions in one place.
For teams evaluating similar platforms, the practical checklist is simple. Ask for pilot data on ROAS and ACOS, and look for evidence that insights reach execution rather than stopping at a dashboard. Commerce One’s pilot numbers are early, but they point to where the category is heading.
